The files in this subdirectory comprise the Combat Area
Casualties File for the Vietnam War.  In order to facilitate
downloading, they have been divided by state or US territory, with
foreign born soldiers (such as those born in Canada or Mexico)
listed in the file other.asc.  Within each state they are sorted
alphabetically by the soldier's last name.

     The filea use a semicolon (;) as the ASCII delimeter, and the
fields, in order, are:

     Last Name
     First/Middle Name
     Branch
     Rank
     Date of Birth
     Date of Casuality
     MIA Status   (1 = Missing /  0 = Killed)
     Home City
     Home State
